Mika Kerttunen

Mika Kerttunen is an active duty Lieutenant Colonel in the Finnish Army. He is currently the Director, Department of Leadership, at the Baltic Defence College, and an Adjunct Professor in Military Strategy at the Finnish National Defence University. Lieutenant Colonel Kerttunen is a graduate of both the Finnish General Staff Officer Course and the Norwegian Command & Staff College. He holds a PhD in World Politics from the University of Helsinki.
