Karina Tilling

Karina Tilling (PhD) is a researcher and project leader at Mälardalen University, Sweden. In 2008 she finished her dissertation on the implementation and effects of a standardised environmental management system model in the Swedish Government Agencies. Her general research interest is in the area of managing sustainable development, in particular the relation between societal and organizational strategies regarding csr and environmental issues. Karina is today responsible for a four-year research project focusing the role of personal driving forces in business development in Swedish microsize enterprises.
