Harald Høiback

Harald Høiback is an active duty Lieutenant Colonel in the Norwegian Air Force. He is a faculty advisor at The Norwegian Defence University College. He holds a PhD in philosophy from the University of Oslo, and a Master degree in history from the University of Glasgow. His main interest is the epistemology of military doctrine and the history of military ideas.
